Your privacy is important to Campbell Financial Group, LLC, herein “CFG”. Our goal is to treat the personal information you furnish to CFG with the utmost respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We request that you carefully read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use before using the CFG website. Please note that by visiting, viewing or using the CFG website in any manner whatsoever you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

- Anonymous browsing. You can visit the CFG website on the Internet without telling CFG who you are or revealing any information about yourself including, but not limited to, your email address. In this case, our web servers merely collect the name of the domain you used to access the Internet (i.e., aol.com) and the website you came from and subsequently visited after the CFG website. This information may be used by CFG, and/or our business partners, to measure general information such as the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics about visitors to the CFG website. CFG may also use this data to monitor its website performance and to make the website easier and more convenient to use.
- Personal information collection. There are times when CFG may ask you for information about yourself to assist us in meeting your various needs, including, without limitation:

- Servicing your account;
- Improving our services; and
- Developing and/or informing you of additional products or services that may be of interest.
In these cases, your browsing on the CFG website will no longer be anonymous. To provide the aforementioned services, CFG may need to ask you to provide, among other things, personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) such as your name, physical address, zip code, e-mail address and/or phone number. Please note that CFG does not knowingly solicit information from children and does not knowingly market our products or services to children.

- Sharing information and consumer choice. We share non-Personal Information with third parties at our discretion. When you provide Personal Information to CFG we may share it with our affiliated companies. We do not transfer your Personal Information to third parties in exchange for money, and we will not do so. However, we do share Personal Information with certain third parties in order to operate our business (for example, to market our products and services), to fulfill your requests, and offer other services that may be of interest to you. Some state laws may
define this as a “sale” of data even though we do not exchange data for money. CFG may also aggregate statistics that we gather about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and services and provide these statistics to third-parties; however, when we do, these statistics will not include any Personal Information that identifies you or other individuals visiting the CFG website.
- Information security and protection. CFG takes reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration or your Personal Information. CFG uses encryption and authentication tools to protect your Personal Information. CFG employees with access to your information are instructed to be use said information only in adherence with the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy and the laws applicable to each specific business and CFG employees who misuse customer information are subject to disciplinary action.
While we are committed to protecting your Personal Information, please understand that information communicated over the Internet is never 100% safe and secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.
- Storing information. We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the legitimate business purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Additionally, we may continue to store your Personal Information contained in our standard back-ups.
We also will retain Usage Information for internal analysis purposes. Usage Information is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when Usage Information is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our services or products, or we are legally obligated to retain Usage Information for longer periods.
- Your rights and choices regarding your information.
Marketing Preferences. You can opt out from receiving future marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us, or contacting us as set forth under “How to contact us” above. Please allow sufficient time for your preferences to be processed. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we may still contact you for transactional purposes like confirming or following up on a service request or asking you to review a service you have received. If you later opt back into getting marketing communications from us, we will remove your information from our opt-out databases.

You can choose to limit the data that third party services (e.g., Social Media Platforms) share with us using the options provided to you by the applicable third party service (for example, the options provided by Social Media Platforms when you connect your social media account with our services). You can also disconnect your use of our services from the third-party service at any time using the options provided to you by the applicable third-party service. Please note, however, that if you disconnect from the third-party service, that will not delete the data we may have previously collected while you were connected.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. Please understand that we are required to verify your request and may require you to provide some information to enable us to carry out such verification. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
- Transfer of data; special notice to non-U.S. users. Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there. - Sensitive Personal Information. Subject to the following paragraph, we ask that you not send us any sensitive Personal Information as this term is defined under applicable data protection and privacy laws (for example, social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the services or otherwise to us.
If you send or disclose any sensitive Personal Information to us, you consent to our processing and use of such sensitive Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to our processing and use of such sensitive Personal Information, you must not submit such content to our services.
- Policy on children’s information. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 (a “Child” or “Children”) without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian, and we do not target the services to Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us through one of the methods listed under “CFG Contact Information”, below. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from Children without verification of parental consent, we take reasonable steps to remove that information from our servers.

- Links to other sites. Our services contain links to third-party websites. If you click on one of those links, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information practices of those third-party websites. You should read the privacy policies of third-party websites carefully. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, actions or security of third-party websites.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and State of Tennessee (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our services, shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Knox County, Tennessee, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts identified above.
- CFG Contact information. You may access your data collected by CFG by sending a written request to the address listed below. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of your data collected, CFG will correct such error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction.
