Russell D. Campbell, Jr. has been in the life insurance and financial services industry since 1986. He serves hundreds of clients in Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina as the founder of Campbell Financial Group, a company dedicated to serving and educating retirees and pre-retirees.

As an air traffic control veteran, Russell is able to apply what he learned while in the military to his everyday life. Honor, integrity, loyalty, trust, respect and selfless service are always at the forefront of his mind, especially when it comes to his clients. Russell was honorably discharged in 1992 after serving six years.

All too often, people come to Russell about their lack of a retirement plan. They have no idea if or when they can retire and what retirement would even look like. His goal is to inform, educate and direct them to put them on a path to success without the stress. Russell assists his clients in various retirement areas such as taxes, probate, increasing spendable income, Medicaid planning and so much more.

As a nationally recognized financial advisor, Russell likes to keep retirees informed and up to date on the latest tax changes in Washington and money-saving strategies that affect them. This is why he continues to educate himself by attending numerous conferences throughout the year.

Russell has earned several awards over the years, including ones from the companies he represents and partners with to provide solutions to his clients. He is also an approved member of the National Ethics Bureau, agreeing to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity as outlined in the National Ethics Bureau’s pledge and conditions. In addition, he is also a licensed insurance agent representing numerous companies.

Russell and his wife, Dee, live in Loudon, Tennessee. They have three grown children, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. When he's not at the office, Russell enjoys traveling, carpentry, and spending time with his and Dee's dog, Teddy Bear. Family and faith are the foundations of his practice, which is why he believes he has experienced consistent positive feedback from his loyal clients.

Dee Pedigo of Campbell Financial Group has been in the insurance industry since 1981. She’s held many different positions throughout the years that encompass a diverse set of skills. Because of her extensive experience working with individuals and groups, Dee has witnessed industry alterations and life changes that have dramatically affected a family’s financial plan. Dee has dedicated her career to ensuring that her clients don’t feel the burden of changes they cannot control.

Dee’s responsibilities at Campbell Financial Group include ensuring that each client experience is top notch. This includes planning client events to show appreciation to all of those she has the pleasure of serving. Her passion lies with making sure her clients take the necessary steps to take care of their family in unforeseen circumstances. She does this by educating her clients on the importance of life insurance, long-term care, and disability policies to avoid unpredictable devastation.

Dee has her LUTCF designation and is licensed to sell life and health insurance, asset-based long-term care and annuities.

Dee and her husband, Russell, live in Loudon, Tennessee. They have three grown children, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. When she's not at the office, Dee enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her and Russell’s dog, Teddy Bear.

Eddie has been in the insurance industry since 1979. He started on a part-time basis while teaching and coaching in Union and Sullivan County School Systems until 1999.

He went full time into financial planning in 2000, working with clients regarding their retirement planning needs. Due to health issues in 2010, he had to slow down and stop taking on new clients, working only with current client needs.

In 2012, he got in touch with Russell Campbell and now helps Russell with workshops. Eddie also continues to introduce his existing clients to Campbell Financial Group for their continued financial needs.

Dave Jacobs is an alumnus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C., graduating with a Bachelor of Science. During his college years, Dave double majored in Finance and Marketing while simultaneously working at Merrill Lynch and IJL Wachovia, assisting financial advisors. While being exposed to the financial industry during college, Dave knew his career path would lead him to helping others obtain financial security. It was this combination that provided him with the foundation to begin his successful career with Financial Independence Group.

After graduating from college with honors, Dave moved back to his hometown of Charlotte, NC and joined FIG as an Annuity Sales Consultant. After obtaining his life and health insurance license in 2002, he began to grow his book of business with advisors throughout the U.S. to what it is today. Dave's magnetic personality, passion for the industry and dedication to customer service has helped catapult him to the top ranks of consultants in our industry. During his tenure at FIG, he has become one of the company's most productive consultants, ranking in the top 5 annuity consultants every year for the last decade.

Alecia began working as the Health Marketing Director at The Insurance Center in Charlotte, NC in 1995. Three years later, The Insurance Center and Financial Independence Group, Inc. merged; overseeing the entire transition and bringing our health insurance business to unprecedented heights. Now the Senior Vice President in the Care Planning department, Alecia’s 20+ years of experience is evident to advisors across the country.

Specializing in providing asset-based LTC case designs to highly successful advisors, Alecia’s main purpose is to assist advisors in protecting their clients and their client’s families from the physical and emotional consequences of unexpected care needs.

Alecia’s use of holistic approaches and strong ethics – along with her desire to grow and solid commitment – make her an invaluable asset to any financial advisor seeking care planning assistance.
